Article Processing Charges

From 2023, Evolutionary Studies in Imaginative Culture (ESIC) publishes all the articles in full open access, meaning unlimited use and reuse of articles, in addition to giving credit to the authors.

Authors pay  Article Processing Charges (APC) of 1200 USD to cover the costs of peer review administration and management, professional production of articles in PDF and other formats, and dissemination of published papers in various venues, in addition to other publishing functions.

There are no charges for rejected articles and no submission charges. The APC is paid after receiving the acceptance letter.

 

Reimbursement Limitations: Considering the journal's editorial policy and the resources already invested in the review and editorial process of submitted articles, it is important to emphasize that there is no guaranteed possibility of refunding the publication fee, even if the journal is discontinued from any indexing or archiving database.
