Abstract

This study explored strategic planning in healthcare organizations, putting emphasis on quality care and cost management. The analysis considers framework such as the RBV and BSC to improve organizational performance and the quality of services. Key aspects that have emerged include stakeholder engagement and workforce planning, which align with the community needs and reduce health inequities. The structured approach supported the company in optimization of resources, innovation, and increasing patient satisfaction. The findings highlighted the importance of strategic planning in managing care complexity, operational efficiency, and survival through financial viability in dynamically changing health environments.
