Abstract

The current study aims to know the importance of the relationship between body weight and muscle pain in humans, the meaning of body mass weight, what are the complications of excess body weight on the back, knee and leg muscles, and the role of the doctor and nutritionist in this regard. A questionnaire was prepared via Google Drive and then distributed to the population between the ages of 25-55 years, men and women, in the city of (Mecca, Taif and Hofuf). It was distributed via the social networking program (WhatsApp) (randomly) to 850 questionnaires, and 840 responses were obtained via email to the main researcher.
