Abstract

In case of health care management nurses are having a crucial role to play as because in any of the medical establishment, the survival of the system is dependent on the presence, performance, experience and knowledge of the nurses. Moreover, the expected results of any of the medical procedures are dependent on the, pre and post procedure, involvement of nurses. It can be viewed as a undocumented agreement between the nurses and doctors, nurses and patients and even nurses with nurses; in such an agreement, farthest role is being played by the nurses as they are supposed to assist the doctors in medical procedures, attend the patients in most critical conditions. This present study evaluates the scenario of nursing care during pregnancy in the selected hospitals of Saudi Arabia. Mostly the study is based on the secondary sources of data and evaluation is done at the individual level of researcher.
